The sun was out and so were the police as they came by to arrest for Lodging a couple of folks sleeping on benches in front of the court house. This is a despicable tactic to steal the blankets and sleeping bags of the houseless folks. They take them inside the jail and send their property to evidence then throw the person out on the street around midnight to freeze. These are some fucked up in the head son's of bitches we are dealing with.
